Great. Use for termite station install.
Our last power planter had been used so much by our pest control technicians that I had no idea it was worn down to a stubb, and would not cut into hard ground anymore. I ordered two more power planters online, but as I had a job coming up I needed them urgently. I rang the number on the website, and they arrived first thing the very next morning. Very fast service, much appreciated.
Absolutely brilliant makes placing stations so easy and simple
Recently purchased a power planter 224HD to install termite bait stations wow what a time saver
This is a must have item if your using sentricon it makes the job a lot easyer the hard tip is better now than the last one, i feel that a tungstun tip would be better as the metal wares still good could be better cheers N
Hi Nigel, Thanks for the feedback. We are continuing to work on the Hardened Tip Design. The steel used is AR500 Weight. This is what is used in Excavator Teeth. There are issues with using carbide tips because they need to be silver soldered or bolted on. The Soldering only works if there is a very flat surface to mount it on which isnt the case with the spiral flighting. The new design we are testing has a longer Hardened Tip mounted on the bottom so that it lasts a lot longer before reaching the thinner flighting. Brian www.powerplanter.com.au
