As orders get bigger, they usually get heavier and bulkier so the cost of shipping increases. Generally shipping for small orders is around $6.95-9.95 and for larger heavy orders $12.50-$22.00.
We surveyed our customers whether we should offer free or discounted shipping and make a loss and the overwhelming response was to charge what it actually costs us per order. The average shipping cost charged to us by Australia post is $12.55 even on our high volume discounted rates we have with them.

All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Galston (NW Sydney) without delay* and shipping can take between 3-10 days depending on your location. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries as they cover all areas including P.O. Boxes and have proved to be the most reliable.
Metro Area deliveries are usually within 2-3 days.
You will receive full tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Safe Drop or Signature Required
All deliveries are sent with signature required as we tried using safe drop but too many parcels went missing. If you are happy to take the risk and would like to change your order to safe drop, please send us an email or call straight after ordering firstname.lastname@example.org. 1800 222 800.
If you choose to make the change to safe drop, we are unable to send free replacements if your parcel goes missing.
Once it has left our warehouse we cannot change it to safe drop.
If you need your item delivered urgently, please call us 1800 222 800 and request the express post option. Those orders go to the front of the queue and we do our very best to get it out the door the same day. Please note the last Australia Post Pickup is at 11.30am so we need to receive your request by 11am.
Pickup from Warehouse
If you are a local to Galston in NW Sydney, we do have the option of order pickup from the warehouse. Select this option when you checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order has been packed and is ready for pickup.
*delays may occur when we have a large influx of orders but this is the exception and most of the time your order is packed the same day (or the following) and on its way.
